Marvelous Measuring

9 05 2008

Today was our first day of Young Scientists camp! We learned about measurement today and used tools to measure all sorts of things. We used rulers to measure things in the Museum, we used cups to measure sand, and we used tablespoons to measure the perfect amount of glue needed to make glue slime!

Miss Audrey also helped us measure how tall we are in inches. We made a chart that shows how tall each kid in our class is. We found out that usually older kids are taller (but not always) and that sometimes girls are taller and sometimes boys are taller. How tall are you?
